Hadrian’s Wall Trail Challenge Completed!

Hadrian’s Wall Trail Challenge Completed!

I am delighted to inform you that Sarah, Lisa, Craig and I were amongst the 12 out of 30 finishers to complete the Hadrian’s Wall charity challenge. Starting at 7am we finished just before 7pm, having battled through the elements and creaking joints, whilst enjoying the wonderful scenery, including the pre-vandalised Sycamore Gap!

Even more importantly, as of today, we have raised £5,163 in memory of Mike Crisp and in aid of Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA). Not only is this a fitting tribute to Mike and his family, it will also help fund research, improve care, and take us one step closer to a world free of MND.

None of this would have been possible without all of your support, for which we are incredibly grateful. I consider this one of the biggest achievements since de Lisle Financial Planning was formed. Thank you so much to everyone who has helped with this, it means a lot.

If you haven’t quite had the chance to sponsor us just yet our fund-raising page is still live: https://www.justgiving.com/team/delislefp. To donate off-line you can send us a cheque made out to “MND Association”

A photo of us at the finish below – the knowledge it ended at a pub definitely helped!
